Pay cash for your treatment

Pay using Snap Scan. Please register on the app before your session. You will find the application in your app store. Please note that a 3% service fee will be charged should you use this option.

Option 3

Arrange for an EFT payment. Please note that payment must be done before your treatment, and proof of payment must be sent to us. You can request a quote and our banking details before your appointment.

Option 4

For the serious waxer: If you are serious about your waxing and body grooming, but don’t like carrying cash around, why not sign a stop order or scheduled payment? This option is only available to regular clients upon application. Unused bookings’ credit balances are a carried over, or refunded. You will never lose a cent.

Cancellation Policy And Late-Coming

At Waxing Buddy St Helena bay we believe in providing our clients with excellent services, giving each client our full attention and never rushing treatments. After each treatment, the treatment room is completely cleaned and refreshed before the next client’s appointment. If you are running late, please send us a message to see if we can accommodate a shift in times. If we see the session is going to overlap with another client’s booking, we will cancel the session and find another time. Should you want to cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 1 hour before your booked session, so that we can fill the time slot with another appointment.

No-Shows And No Communication

We respect all our clients and ask the same from them. A no-show or no cancellation booking is not ideal, but it does happen. We reserve the right to reject future bookings should this happen.
